Account and data deletion request
If you can access the app, use Settings > Account management > Delete account. If you cannot access the app, send a deletion request through the mail form below.

Response timeUsually 1-3 business days. Complex account, billing, or privacy checks may take longer.
- We may request account identifiers or additional verification to confirm ownership.
- Records required by law, billing disputes, or fraud-prevention needs may be retained for the required period.
- Unlinked guest accounts with no game progress or paid records may be cleaned up after at least 30 days from last use. Free unlinked guest accounts with game progress may be retained for at least 180 days before cleanup.
- Where reasonably possible, we may notify you in the app or through the Service and recommend account linking or recovery steps. Individual notice may be limited if a guest account has no contact information or has not accessed the app for a long period.
- After deletion is completed, content, currency, and progress may not be recoverable.
